Tight tolerances or difficult bend sequences may require slower processing speeds or additional checks to ensure everything lines up correctly. In many cases, small design adjustments can improve manufacturability and reduce overall cost. 

          4. Machine Precision and Operator Experience

            Modern press brakes offer advanced controls and precision, but the operator still plays a huge role. Experience matters when it comes to compensating for material behaviour, adjusting for springback, and ensuring consistent results across multiple parts.

            At the end of the day, accurate press brake forming comes down to a combination of good equipment and knowledgeable operators who understand how to get the most out of both. 

            5. Volume and Production Efficiency

              As with most metal fabrication, quantity impacts cost. Producing a single custom piece requires the same setup as producing multiple parts, which increases the cost per unit.
